A signature is required to close an account. 

You may close your account if the balance is zero or positive, there are no outstanding transactions, and all loans are paid off (if closing a regular savings account). 

If you are unable to visit a branch, you may fax or mail a signed letter to close the account. A check for any remaining balance can only be mailed to the address listed on the account.



An account may be closed if:

If you are unable to visit a branch location to close the account you may fax or mail a signed letter to close an account. The check will ONLY be mailed to the address on the account.
