For convenience we display check order information in Online Banking. No matter how you placed the order you will be able to check the status. Once you have logged into Online Banking just click on the "Additional Services" then select "Check Order", which, will show the status and it will include the shipping date.

The status information will drop off after about 10 to 15 days from the time of the order. A new order form will show in its place so please check the information that displays. It should show the next starting number after the last completed order. If it is higher than the number on the order you just placed that indicates it was a successful order, if not you must place the order again
