Only the primary member (person whose name appears first on the account) may request that additional signers be added to the account.
The primary member must complete an application and if approved have all owners (any existing and any new) sign a new signature card.
The person being added must:
a. Be at least 18 years old
b. Have a valid SS# number
c. Provide two forms of picture identification.
To apply to add a new signer it is best for you to visit the nearest branch location, however if that is not possible you may call 800-928-8801 to have the paperwork mailed to you. You should have the joint's information available when you call
