In order to be eligible for Overdraft Privilege, your account must be in good standing. You must meet all of the eligibility criteria explained in the Overdraft Privilege account disclosure. Your account must have been opened for more than 30 days. After an overdraft is paid, you must bring the account back to a positive balance for 1 full business day within 30 days. Also, there can be no liens, levies, garnishments, attachments, bankruptcies or other legal actions against the account. You can not be more than 30 days delinquent on any loan to the credit union.
