On the scheduled payment date (process date), the Bill Payment processor generates an ACH debit (in the amount of the bill payment) to the specified checking account. The specified checking account will be debited within two banking business days. For Laser Drafts, funds are debited when the Laser Draft clears the Fed's check clearing house process
