If you receive a message of "The document could not be saved. Expected "EI" while parsing an image." when attempting to save your BayPort statement please try one of the below workarounds that's most convenient for you.
Option 1:
If viewing and saving your statement through Adobe Acrobat Reader within Adobe Acrobat Reader open Preferences under the Edit menu then select Documents in the left hand menu remove the checkmark for "Save As optimizes for Fast Web View" click OK. Re-attempt to save your statement.
Option 2:
Within your eStatement account right click on the option for "Save/Print" then select "Save target as..." then save your statement to your PC.
Option 3:
Within your eStatement account click the option "Save/Print"; if your browser then prompts to Open or Save click Save then save your statement to your PC
