Note: You can only inquire about a processed or failed payment. If you're having problems with a payment that has not been processed, you can cancel it (please note you cannot cancel a payment once the payment begins processing). After you cancel a payment, you cannot inquire about it.

To go to the Payment Inquiry page:

  • Access Bill Payment through Online Banking 
  • Within your Bill Payment account select View Payment History
  • Locate the particular payment you wish to inquiry on from your bill history and select magnifying glass icon
  • Click the payment inquiry link
  • Fill out and submit the Payment Inquiry form
