How do I place a 'stop payment' on a payment? Print

There are three ways to place a stop payment:

You may visit the Member Service Department at any branch location to complete a written request
Call the Information Center at 757-928-8850 [Toll-free 1-800-928-8801] to place a verbal request for stop payment.
You may stop a check/draft within Online Banking under the Additional Services tab
