The Bill Payment processor guarantees on-time bill payment provided the payment instructions are correct. You can send in a payment inquiry if you are concerned about a late payment.  To do this:

  • Go to your payment history
  • Find the payment in question
  • Click, the magnify glass icon
  • Click the payment inquiry link 

If the error was made by the Bill Payment processor, any penalty (up to $50) incurred will be reimbursed by the Bill Payment processor
