If you are unable to view your eBills within Bill Payment please complete the following recommendations.

Step 1:

Ensure your Internet browser is not blocking pop-ups.

  1. Open you Internet browser
  2. Determine your browser version - Browser Test
  3. Complete the "Manage Pop-Ups" steps for your Internet browser type

Internet Explorer - Manage Pop-Ups

  1. Within Internet Explorer click the Tools menu option (may appear as a Gear icon)
  2. Click Internet Options
  3. Click the Privacy tab
  4. To turn off your pop-up blocker, uncheck Turn on Pop-up Blocker. OR, click the Settings button under the "Pop-up Blocker" section, under "Address of website to allow:" type www.onlinebayportcu.org, click Add, click Close
  5. Click OK to close Internet Options

Mozilla Firefox - Manage Pop-Ups

  1. Within Mozilla Firefox click the Tools menu option (may appear as a 3-bar icon)
  2. Click Options
  3. Click the Content icon
  4. To turn off your pop-up blocker, uncheck Block pop-up windows. OR, click the Exceptions button, under "Address of website:" type www.onlinebayportcu.org, click Allow, click Close
  5. Click OK to close Options

Google Chrome - Manage Pop-Ups

  1. Within Google Chrome click the 3-bar icon
  2. Click Settings
  3. Click the Show advanced settings... link
  4. Under "Privacy" click the Content settings... button
  5. Under "Pop-ups" to turn off your pop-up blocker, select Allow all sites to show pop-ups. OR, click the Manage exceptions... button, type www.onlinebayportcu.org be sure "Allow" is set press Enter
  6. Click Done
  7. Click Done

Safari (Mac) - Manage Pop-Ups

  1. Within Safari click the Safari menu
  2. Click SPreferences...
  3. Click the Security icon
  4. Under "Web Content" to turn off your pop-up blocker, uncheck Block pop-up windows.
  5. Click OK to close Options

After adjusting your Pop-up settings try to view your eBill again. If your eBill is still not viewable please contact us
