A “One Time Passcode” (OTP) is a an electronic code sent to a known phone number or email used to enhance the login security of new devices.

Why is email not showing as an option?
Email One Time Passcodes were limited due to security concerns from hacked email addresses. If you would like it enabled on your account please contact a branch or call 757-928-8850.

Can I edit the email I receive the OTP?
You may contact your branch to edit your email that recieves OTP.

How can I login if I have forgotten my password if I don't have access to a phone and email is not enabled?
