If you are receiving an eBill for one of your billers and you have not setup eBills for the particular biller you are receiving an introduction eBill. eBill Introduction is an innovative feature within Bill Pay that allows you to try an eBill for a period of time without having to turn off your paper statement and without having to take direct action to request the eBill.
When you regularly pay a biller in Bill Pay who is participating in the eBill Introduction program a trial period will be activated for eBills. The trial period typically last for 90 days. The eBill Introduction program will only activate you for one trial period at a time and you can opt out of the eBill Introduction at any time. Also, if you are selected for an eBill Introduction you will receive emails throughout the trial period to help you better understand the program and eBills
