A recent update to Safari may cause issues with being able to access Bill Pay.  When clicking on Bill Pay within Online Banking while using Safari, the page may go white for a moment and then reloads or you may be prompted for your Online Banking credentials. 

There is a possible workaround to resolve this issue.  Please right click the Bill Pay tab or hold down 'Command' on your keyboard and click the Bill Pay tab within Online Banking to open Bill Pay through a new tab in the browser.  If this does not resolve the issue, please access Bill Pay through an alternate browser.  At this time we do not have an ETA for resolution.

Another possible solution is to take the following steps within Safari:

1.) From the menu bar, click/select the Safari menu
2.) From the Safari menu, select "Preferences"
3.) Click Privacy
4.) Check "Never Block Cookies"
