Chase and Capital One eBills are currently not supported through Bill Payment.
Chase and Capital One were able to offer eBills within Bill Payment prior to 2014. However, both Chase and Capital One no longer support eBills with their Bill Pay service. The companies do not allow 3rd parties such as the Bill Payment system to pull in bill information to present at this time.
If you had a Chase or Capital One eBill prior to the service ending you will continue to receive your eBill. But, if you are given a new credit card number the eBill service will no longer be available
