Due to recent security upgrades, it may be necessary for you to add our BayPort website as a trusted site on your computer. You can do this by opening the internet window, then clicking on Tools, Internet Options, Security Tab; click Trusted Sites icon, then click Sites button; paste the copied online banking URL in the Add field and click OK. Close the internet window. Open a new internet window and try to access Bill Pay again. If you are still unsuccessful, please contact us at 757-928-8850
