If you performed a cash withdrawal or used your ATM card for a purchase (POS) and an error or problem with the transaction occurred, please contact us. Please provide the following:

    • Name
    • Member Number
    • Day time Phone
    • Amount
    • Date Posted
    • Card Number used
    • Description of problem/reason for dispute

Once we have all the required information an investigation will begin and you will receive provisional credit no later than 10 business days. Note: If you use the email option it will be an additional 2 business days response time
