Visit https://www.bayportcu.org from a desktop or laptop.
1. Click "Forgot login?" to get started.
2. If you need your username click "Forgot Username". You can skip to step 5 to reset your password if you know your username.
3. Enter your email address and click "Send". The email address entered has to be the email address provided to us for your online banking account.
4. You'll receive an email stating "Your username is ________". If your email address is tied to more than one online banking account with BayPort you will receive an email for each account holding a username.
5. If you need to reset your password enter your phone number and username then click "Send me a new password". The phone number entered has to be a phone number you've provided to us for your online banking account.
6. A temporary password will be sent to your phone by voice call or text. Enter the temporary password and click "Confirm". (Be sure to remember your temporary password as you will need it to reset your password)
7. It's time to create your new password; enter the temporary password and then your preferred password twice then click "Update password".
