AUTHORIZATION AGREEMENT FOR DIRECT PAYMENTS (ACH DEBITS)
I (we) hereby authorize BayPort Credit Union, its agents and/or service providers to initiate electronic debit entries to my (our) account at the depository financial institution named below and to credit the same to such account for the payment amount specified in my (our) loan terms and agreement. I (we) agree to be bound by the National Automated Clearing House Association rules and all federal and state rules and regulations. In the event that we make an error processing your payment, you authorize BayPort Credit Union to initiate an electronic credit or debit entry, as necessary, to correct the error. BayPort Credit Union reserves the right to terminate this agreement for reasons including, but not limited to, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions or return for non-sufficient funds. A non-sufficient funds fee will be applied to any payments returned as stated in the Credit Union's fee schedule.
