Text Message Alerts*:
- Text message balance alerts process twice each day, around 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. EST. Note: If your balance falls below your set limit only one low balance alert will be sent, another alert will not be sent until the balance goes above the set limit and then back down.
