If you are receiving a TIME_STAMP refused or invalid TIME_STAMP message when attempting to login to BayPort's Mobile Banking App.


Verify that your mobile device has the date and time configured to the current date and time.

 

Solutions:

Update the device time setting to “Automatic”.

Change the time to the end user’s current “Time Zone”.
