Please provide the following information:
- Completed Mortgage Application.
- Application Fee $75 (For fixed rate mortgages).
- Appraisal fee $300 (Non-Refundable)
- Two most recent pay stubs. Last year’s W-2 (or most recent 2 years of signed tax returns if self employed).
- Bank statements from any other financial institution
- Copy of Deed of Trust. Mortgage Balance Statement.
- Proof of current homeowners insurance.
- Proof of Flood Insurance if applicable.
NOTE: If you are refinancing a mortgage that is currently with this Credit Union, we already have #5-8 in your file and we can pull that information for you.
