- If you had Bill Payment previously and canceled the service and receive the Online Banking login page after clicking the "Bill Payment" tab please contact us.

- If you are a regular Bill Payment user and started receiving the Online Banking login page or a blank page after clicking the "Bill Payment" tab try the following:

Step 1:

  1. Determine your browser version. Help
  2. Clear your browser's cache and cookies. Help
  3. Close all open windows on your computer.
  4. Open a new browser window and attempt to access Bill Payment.
  5. If you still can't access your Bill Payment account try Step 2.

Step 2:

  1. Check your browser's security settings; for recommended settings visit Browsers and Settings.
  2. Close all open windows on your computer.
  3. Open a new browser window and attempt to access Bill Payment.
  4. If you still can't access your Bill Pay account try Step 3.
Step 3:
  1. Try accessing Bill Payment with a different browser or computer. If you do not have another browser installed on your computer BayPort offers dowload links for browsers on our Browsers and Settings web page.
  2. If the issue continues please contact us.

- If you are able to access your Bill Payment account but the page is not displaying correctly please review the below.

The bill payment landing screen within Online Banking and Business Banking runs off of Java. If you are experiencing issues with being able to view the page please download the latest version of Java at http://www.java.com/en/download/ Once, you have successfully downloaded the latest version please restart your computer and log back into Online Banking or Business Banking and try to view your bill payment account. If you are still unable to view your account please confirm that you have the correct browser configurations by reviewing our Browsers and Settings webpage
