At this time online banking through bayportcu.org has not been optimized for mobile and tablet devices and their browsers. Parts of the online banking experience may function with these devices, but please know it's highly likely that you'll experience problems using these devices. If you are using a mobile device we recommend using our Mobile Banking App or m.bayportcu.org on mobile browsers.

Unsupported Browsers

As of January 2012, online banking began to support the most modern browsers and their available technologies. The minimum supported browser for Microsoft Internet Explorer became version 8. Since, January 2012 to help ensure those that use Microsoft Internet Explorer had a good online experience; we checked the browser being used upon login to see if an unsupported version of Internet Explorer was being used. If we detected an older version a message was presented to inform that the browser is not supported and provided upgrade links to more modern browsers. As online banking continues to take advantage of modern web technologies and modern browsers those browsers that are not supported are likely to begin not functioning properly. 

Needed Action  

If you are unable to access your online account from a particular computer please check the browser version being used and it's security settings. If you determine that your browser version is not supported please upgrade your browser to a supported version and set the new browser's settings. If you are using a supported or certified browser and are having troubles please go ahead and also check the browser's settings for that particular browser version. Please know that some employers restrict browser upgrades and the ability to adjust browser settings. If your work computer is not supporting online banking please contact your IT Department at work for assistance. You may wish to supply the IT Team with this page for their review. While they review the information try going to m.bayportcu.org to access your account. m.bayportcu.org will take you to BayPort's Mobile Web Banking site on your work computer. The site will allow you to do the basics of online banking including view balances, transfer funds and pay bills
