If you are unable to continue after entering your security access code for the extra security login of Online Banking you may have a browser setting or Java software issue preventing your login. Note: The provided tips are only helpful when you click the "Continue" button and nothing happens. If you receive an error message after selecting Continue please verify your extra security login information. Below are troubleshooting steps for this issue. Step 1:

  • Verify your Internet browser version. Browser Test
  • Set your browser settings to the recommended online banking browser settings for your particular browser version. Help
  • Close all open windows on your computer.
  • Open a new Internet browser window and attempt to access your account. If you are still unable to continue go to Step 2.

Step 2:

  • Click Start
  • Click Control Panel
  • Select Add/Remove Programs
  • Locate and highlight "Java"
  • Click Uninstall/Remove
  • Once, unistalled go to www.java.com
  • Click Free Java Download
  • Follow the installation prompts
  • When Java finishes installing close all open windows on your computer.
