Before changing any settings and troubleshooting, please ensure your device has been updated to its latest software version by reviewing your devices settings. Please visit your device manufacturer or cell phone provider's website for additional information on software updates and how to check for/install them. Additionally, if you are using the BayPort Mobile Banking Application, please ensure that you have the latest version of the app installed. Also, please make sure that you are able to successfully login to your BayPort account on a computer by going to https://bayportcu.org. Once, you have confirmed that you have the latest software version for your phone and you've successfully logged in to your BayPort account on a computer please try the below troubleshooting steps on your phone.


BlackBerry Users:

1.) Open your Web Browser > Press Menu > Select Options > Select Cache Operations > Clear cookie and content cache > Clear Pushed Content.

2.) Turn off your device including removing the battery and then try to login.

Android Users:

1.) Start your web browser (app labeled "Internet") > Select Menu > Select Settings > Select Clear All

2.) If you are using our Mobile Banking App please uninstall the app from your device.

3.) Turn off your device including removing the battery.

4.) Restart your device.

5.) If you uninstalled our app please reinstall the app.

6.) Login to Mobile Banking.

iPhone/iPod Touch/iPad Users:

1.) Select Settings icon > Select Safari > Select Clear History > Select Clear History and Website Data

2.) If you are using our Mobile Banking App please uninstall the app from your device.

3.) Turn off your device.

4.) Restart your device. 

5.) If you uninstalled our app please reinstall the app.

6.) Login to Mobile Banking.

Other Users:

If your particular device is not listed or if your device is listed but the recommended actions don't match the options for your device please contact your cell phone service provider or phone manufacturer for instructions on how to Clear Cookies and Cache.

You may also be able to do a general online search with a search engine such as Google or Bing. Try typing in your device type followed by the action desired. Example: "Samsung Galaxy Note 2 Clear Cookies".
