To change your email address in Credit Card Access, follow these steps:
- First log into Online Banking and under ‘Additional Services’, click on ‘Credit Card Access’
- Click on ‘My Profile’ under the upper right hand corner
- Fill out the authentication questions, which are the last four of your SSN and zip code
- To update your email address, fill in both the Home and Profile Emails with your preferred email address
- Click on ‘Save’ to complete the process
