If you are presented an error message after logging into online banking or the mobile app please review the possible solutions below. 


Digital Banking Error Messages: 

Online Banking- "Accounts Unavailable: Due to technical difficulties, we were unable to to retrieve a list of your accounts. Try again later."

 


Mobile Banking App- "Accounts Unavailable: We are unable to display your information at this time. Please try again later."Possible Solutions:

  1. Your account could be in reset or verify status. Log into your online banking account on an internet browser and verify your STAR Audio PIN number. If you do not remember your STAR Audio PIN please contact us.
  2. Your accounts could be hidden in account preference settings. To check if your accounts are hidden go to settings > account preferences > edit. If the eye icon is grey with a slash the account is hidden. To unhide your account simply click the icon. Log out of your online banking account and log back in to view your accounts.
