Helpful Tips for Authentication Questions within Credit Score:

 

You can to go to www.annualcreditreport.com and pull your latest credit report from TransUnion. According to federal law, you can retrieve your credit report free from this website once a year from each of the credit reporting bureaus.

If you are successful in obtaining your TransUnion credit report, some of the information in the report can be useful in answering the authentication questions.


SavvyMoney Contact Form

The ‘contact us’ form is located within Credit Score>Resources>Profile Settings and requires the following information:

  1. Email Address – This is how you will receive contact from SavvyMoney Support Staff.
  2. Issue – Ex. Registration Questions, Credit Score and Report, Cancel Account, Feedback & Suggestions, and General Questions.
  3. Details – explain what the issue or concern is and be specific so the SavvyMoney support staff can help resolve the issue quickly.

*Response time can take up to 1 day or 1 week depending on the nature of the request.

Your personal information is pre-populated, so you only have to explain the nature of your question.

 

An automatic email is sent immediately acknowledging the receipt of the request and a corresponding support ticket is created in SavvyMoney’s customer support queue.
