Sub User Permissions
View only:
-the sub-user can view account balances and history
-view and print check images
-print and export account history
Make Internal Transfers:
In addition, to view only access, this allows sub-users to transfer between accounts for which they have transfer permissions.
Make Bill Payments:
In addition, to view only access, sub-users can pay bills via the Bill Pay widget or directly within Bill Pay from accounts for which they have bill pay permissions.
Subusers CAN:
-View accounts they are entitled to (balances and history)
-Transfer between accounts for which they have transfer permissions
-Pay bills via Bill Pay
-Change the username, password, email address, and security contacts associated with their login
-Can be granted access to ACH and Wire options
Subusers CANNOT:
-View Third-Party Services such as Online Statements, Credit Score, TurboTax etc.
-Transfer money outside of the account holder's accounts (To clarify, Subusers can't make external transfers of any kind. They can only transfer To and from accounts that are listed on the member's My Accounts page.)
-Access online banking via mobile web or mobile apps
-Add and edit payees for Bill Pay
-Subusers do not have access to view the account preferences link and they cannot access the rename and hide accounts page under My Settings.
